To find out more about the facilities and hire charges of Lumsden Hall please read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ document below. If you would like to proceed with a booking you need to first check that there is availability by following the link on the left hand side to the Events Calendar. Once you have confirmed this, please complete the following online booking form and click on submit to complete your enquiry. If you prefer, you can also print off a pdf version of the forms by clicking on the links at the bottom of this page. This allows you to fill the form by hand before posting it to the booking secretary direct.
YOUR BOOKING WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED ONCE YOU ARE INFORMED IN WRITING BY THE BOOKING SECRETARY AND ONLY ON RECEIPT OF A COMPLETED ONLINE APPLICATION OR APPLICATION FORM, FULL HIRE COST PAYMENT OR LCA AUTHORISED PURCHASE ORDER AND, IF APPLICABLE, A COPY OF YOUR LICENCE.

Booking Forms to print and complete by hand or email to the Booking Secretary:
Fill out Booking Form 1 (word version) (pdf version) to hire Lumsden Hall for weddings and 48 hour events.
Fill out Booking Form 2 (word version) (pdf version) to hire Lumsden Hall for parties, dinner dances, discos, ceilidhs, etc.
Fill out Booking Form 3 (word version) (pdf version) to hire the hall for non-function events, such as clubs or meetings. These can be one off hires or weekly hires. Hire is charged at an hourly rate.
Fill out Booking Form 4 (word version) (pdf version) to hire the hall for a funeral tea or for the purposes of a business. This form acts as a purchase order against which the invoice will be charged alongside any addition costs relating to cleaning, waste removal or repairs as a result of the hire.
