Hourly Hire Rate
ROOM STANDARD RATE COMMUNITY RATE
Whole building £27 £25
Main Hall £17 £15
Small Hall & kitchen £12 £10
- The Community rate is only available for charities, residents & community groups with Lumsden and Kildrummy postcodes. (Residents hiring for business use are chargeable at commercial rates)
- You must include the time required to set up & clear away.
- Minimum hire: Minimum hire of 1 hour, booking must include set up and pack down time.
- A maximum charge of 8 hours will apply for full day use.

How to Submit a Booking Request
- Click the “+ Make a Booking” button on HallMaster (usually at the top of the booking date square).
- Fill in the booking request form with your details and requirements
- Make sure you allow enough time in your booking for set up/pack down.
- Be sure to read and accept the booking terms
- Let us know of any extras you need using the ‘line items’ or ‘special requirements
- Once you’ve filled everything out, click “Submit Request”
What happens after submitting your booking request?
You’ll see a message confirming that your request was sent. The booking administrator will review your request and either:
- Confirm the booking
- Contact you for more details
- Or, if necessary, suggest an alternative time
